Key Features

Conductor Cross-Sections:  from 0.08 mm² to 35 mm².

Tensile Strength: from 0 to 6 tonnes. Enhanced Kevlar fiber content 

Core Process:  Silver-Plated Conductors,  Twisted-Pair Groups,  M-Layer Concentric Array.          

Neutral Buoyancy / Zero Buoyancy: Achieved via specialized foamed sheathing materials and construction, minimizing cable weight impact on ROV stability and maneuverability.

Conductor:  Fine-stranded, extra-flexible tinned soft copper wire, Compliant with IEC60228(VDE 0295)Class 6.

Insulation:   TPE, TPE, TPV, XLPE, DPEM

Core Structure:  anti-twist layering, grouped gap filling, twisted pairs, and layered binding. 

Shielding:  A combination of tinned copper braid  provides EMI/RFI shielding.

Tensile Strength Member:  Central Kevlar Core, Interstitial Kevlar Fill, Kevlar Braid

Sheath: Abrasion-resistant Polyurethane (PU), XLPE, PUR,

Working Voltage: 300/300V~0.6/1kV

Test Voltage: 2000 V

Insulation Resistance: ≥20 MΩ·km (at 20°C)

Minimum Bending Radius: Dynamic: 7.5 × OD, Fixed: 4 × OD
